Game Summaries

10/13 – vs. Tennessee

The Lord blessed my daughter Catherine and I this morning with a great opportunity to witness to the fans in Auburn. A great opportunity to preach who God is and who He is not and what He has done for sinners through Christ. Very thankful for a dear brother who walked up as I was preaching and handed me a gift that provided a moment of fellowship with my daughter and a good pizza pie. I love how the Lord shows my kids how He provides.

9/22 – vs. Arkansas

The Lord gave us another fruitful week of witnessing in Auburn to the many fans coming to see them play Arkansas

9/15 – vs. LSU

The Lord once again provided many opportunities to witness. Something that I think that is worth mentioning is those fans, ticket scalpers, game day book sellers that you see week after week and season after season. Last week I struck up a conversation with Richard that stands near where I do selling game day books. This week I returned he called me over and said that he saved my spot for me.  It was a nice gesture. He is a believer by the way.

9/8 – vs. Alabama State Hornets

The Lord provided such a good opportunity this weekend in Auburn as they played Alabama State University. I was set up near Toomer’s Corner by the trees and was able to distribute many gospel tracts and give the opportunity to preach for a short while through Psalm 139 on omniscience of God. What a comfort for the believer in Christ that God knows it all and what fear it can be for the unrepentant sinner that God knows it all as well. There is no escaping His eyes.

Reggie McDonald who is a brother from church joined me for a short while and he immediately went to work talking to people one two one. One conversation that we had was with John who was a no practicing Jew who sat down to listen to the preaching. He had this view point that men are good and if you just treat people right, that is good enough.
