My name is Rick Garland. I began street ministry in 2004 and open air preaching in 2012. From 2016-2022 I served as a church commissioned home missionary ministering on the streets and in churches and prisons.

In 2022 I was called to pastor Tabernacle of David Ministries (formerly First Baptist Church of Lomita) in Southern California. Our church is active in street evangelism throughout L.A. and Orange counties.
