This heckler was revved up about the gospel. Watch the one minute video.
This exchange took place on July 23rd, 2021 outside the Great American Ballpark. The motorcyclist revved his engine in an attempt to silence the gospel.
Red’s fans got it. They understood that the heckler failed in his attempt to silence the gospel. See the smiles of Red’s fans below who heard the exchange.
We are grateful that Red’s fans were entertained by the exchange with the heckler. But we pray for the heckler and everyone who heard the exchange. May sinners call out to God for repentance, by whatever means God uses to bring the gospel to them.
“Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses.”
- Acts 13: 38-39
In an effort to bring glory to God, we do gospel evangelism at Red’s games. We also share the law and the gospel at the abortion clinic, ball games and other entertainment venues around Cincinnati.
The Cincinnati Red’s draw over 12,000 fans at every home game. Lord willing, we will proclaim the gospel at about 40 of the 81 home games.
At Cincinnati Red’s games, we:
Then we pray for fruit. Join us in praying that God would grant Red’s fans the gift of repentance. 2 Timothy 2:25-26.
See the two minute video below from May, 2021.
In April, we proclaimed the gospel at Great American Ballpark on April 3, 6, 16, 17, 20th. Each game has had about 12,000 fans who are glad to have baseball back in Cincinnati. Seating will soon expand to 17,000 fans.
Pictured above are Eric Williams and Matt Sharkey who proclaimed the gospel to 12,000 Reds fans on April 16th. We also distributed million dollar gospel tracts.
On that day, the police officer working beside us listened to the preaching and complemented Matt on his explanation of biblical repentance. Praise God.
