Jeffrey toured as a professional musician before settling in Florida and worked as a CFO before answering the call to ministry in his thirties. He then finished his bachelor’s degree in business management and earned a master’s degree in divinity. He served as pastor in six unique Methodist Church settings. Jeffrey, as an ordained elder, has led a church through the successful transition of disaffiliation and joining a new Methodist denomination. He has served on district and conference teams. Jeffrey hosted a radio show, "Talking Glades with PJ" on 96.5 CALLFM radio and served on a Chamber of Commerce and Fire Pension boards. The last church he led was selected as the city’s non-profit of the year in 2021.
He has a heart for local and global missions including prison ministry and disaster recovery trips made to St. Louis, MO., and cities in Florida; and as part of an evangelism team he visited and shared the Gospel in several provinces in China. He was part of a team of pastors that offered pastoral and evangelism training in Uganda and most recently visited schools and orphanages in the Dominican Republic.
Today, Jeffrey leads Pentecost For America and is married to Margaret. Together, they have 5 children and a “pack” of grandchildren. They spend time between Florida and North Carolina (have Bible, will travel!) and are committed to bringing the good news of Jesus Christ and a vision for Holy Pentecost fire that is needed in the hearts of all Christians. Time is running short!
