What is happening

The 2026 Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal is scheduled for May 22-24, 2026, at the Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve, featuring practice, qualifying, and the main race over the weekend, with May 22 (Friday) for practice, May 23 (Saturday) for qualifying/sprint action, and May 24 (Sunday) for the Grand Prix race, a shift to earlier in May to reduce travel emissions. 

Lord willing SFOI will be there and is looking for evangelists to join the team. The goal is to evangelize and minister to the fans in Montreal area near the race track as they come and go from the races each day and the local citizens who are in the area as well.

If you are a present open air Gospel preacher or want to begin, pray about joining the Team for these 3 days of prayer, fellowship and 6 - 8 hours per day of ministry to fans and local citizens.

If you can't attend "Sponsor An Evangelist" (donate the fee) for someone to go in your stead: SAE.

Prayer:

Please pray daily for the Montreal, Quebec Civil Magistrate based on 1 Timothy 2:1-7.

• Prayer is the foundation of the SFOI and praying for the Civil Magistrate has allowed the outreaches to operate smoothly over the years. So this is a must.
