Once you know where you are called or are planning to preach then the first step is to drive to the location. Find a place to park your car and walk to your specific ministry location.

Once you are there look around.  Find the paths for the people to walk by you, find the traffic lights, markets, and any other special buildings and roads.  Stay there for at least 30 minutes if not an hour.

The goal is for you to become comfortable with the area.  Know where major buildings and roads are located.  Where parking is available.  How to easily walk to your ministry location.

Do this at least 5 days in a row. The reason is on the day you are to go preach you will find lots of distractions and excuses arise for you not to go. One of them is often you have never been there before and don't know what to expect.

So get comfortable with the area so when you arrive for your first day or preaching you know where to park and how to walk to your ministry location. Then all you have to do is pull out your Bible and start preaching.
