Concierge Service Overview
SFOI is seeking for Concierge Service for the MLB All-Star Outreach, July 8-11, in Seattle, WA.
This is a once-off paid engagement for this particular outreach. Rates will be decided and agreed upon once you are hired.

As a Concierge Service provider, you will be responsible for arranging all transportation needs of the team during the outreach event, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for the evangelists in your city. You will provide information and recommendations to assist the evangelists in organizing their stay and related activities. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
Concierge Service Responsibilities and Duties
- Engages with the Outreach Team Leader to determine the event’s requirements.
- Provide transportation for airport pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Provide transportation between the place of accommodation and the outreach location on a daily basis.
- Running errands to assist the Outreach Team leader.
- Any other ad hoc requests that may arise.
Concierge Service Requirements
- Be punctual - early is on time.
- Great attention to detail.
- Client relational and management skills
- Have a roadworthy vehicle to provide transport for a group of 10 people or arrange for transportation for a group of this size.
- If applicable, have the relevant public transportation license required by your state.
