I was busy early in the afternoon with a church event and so we had to go to the stadium after the game was over. This was a blessing in several fronts.

First, we found cheap parking on the street rather than having to pay the full prize for a parking garage. Secondly, we arrived there as the sun was setting so we did not have the Texas heat beating down on us. And lastly and most importantly, a lot more people took tracts from us after the game than when we usually go before the game.

I was accompanied by my friend Drew aka Bruce and he brought along a University of Texas student named Nathaniel. Nathaniel is on fire for the Lord and he quickly began handing out tracts and even started preaching!!!!

We had some technical difficulties with the amplification equipment and so we had to preach without it. However, the crowd was close enough to were they still able to hear.

Please pray for this young brother that he may continue to boldly proclaim the gospel. Also pray for the myriads of people who heard the gospel and took tracts.

Agustin, Bruce and myself had a wonderful time witnessing to fans at the Texas Longhorns game this weekend. We showed up about three hours before game time and took turns open air preaching, and handing out gospel tracts.

My friend Agustin preached in Spanish and Bruce and I preached in English. We tried to engage people in conversation but everyone seemed to be in a rush to get to the stadium.

We did receive a lot of encouragement from the Christians in the crowd. Overall, it was a great time and we had some sweet fellowship.
