Evangelists who joined: Jack Clark, Todd Leger
We followed a scheduled prayer meeting at Jack Clark's house before going to campus.
We arrived almost an hour early, so we spent about four hours proclaiming the gospel and passing out tracts on Skip Bertman Drive at the railroad crossing. Each one of us took a turn at the microphone.

Evangelists who joined: Zoe White, Grady Bergeron, Jack Clark
A team of four evangelists met at the home of Zoe White, Director of Declaring Truth Ministries, for a time of prayer and praise in song before heading out to LSU.
Zoe, Grady Bergeron, Jack Clark, and I went to our usual spot at a railroad crossing on Skip Bertman Drive about a quarter mile from Death Valley (aka Tiger Stadium). We were able to employ two CUBE speakers on tripods, and we positioned them so that one Cube could be heard by fans coming from a parking area about a quarter mile away, and the other Cube positioned in the opposite direction so those same fans would continue to hear as they walked past us toward the stadium.
We had large gospel signs, and we passed out over 500 tracts. Zoe, Grady, and I took turns on the microphone to proclaim the good news. Only a few brief encounters with fans were had, while Jack was able to have a lengthy gospel conversation with a young mother and her child.
LSU EVANGELISM TODAY
Grady Bergeron proclaiming truth at LSU
Date: Saturday, Dec 16, '23
Tom Brewer and Grady Bergeron departed Denham Springs around 7:30. We were able to have a prayer call with Bill Adams on our way to New Orleans. We arrived early and were able to access a good spot next to the stadium entrance.
Each of us had a few gospel conversations with fans, mostly with professing Christians. The conferences represented were the Conference-USA and the Sun Belt Conference, so the crowds were not that large. We started by passing out tracts, and then Grady, using amplification, began preaching the glorious gospel message.
After Grady, I began preaching and during which time we were joined by Chris Obaugh and Jeffery Faulstich. Chris closed out the preaching time, and we left the area at 1:00pm. We were able to have a few more conversations with the local street vendors, and as is common in New Orleans they tend to profess a belief in Christ but without a real desire to follow Him.
As always our prayer is that God will be pleased to use our feeble efforts and give life to the hearers of the gospel and to those who took and read tracts.
