Stirling Long's posts on his 3-day experience at the NBA All Star Outreach last Feb. 14-16 in San Francisco, CA.

Here’s pics of SFOI’s dedicated evangelists preaching on the streets and riding San Francisco’s incredible transport network. This is a great opportunity to witness and distribute gospel tracts and talk to passersby’s, fulfilling the Great Commission. “And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” - Mark 16:15 ESV
Feb. 15 - Chase Center
Another exciting day Open Air Preaching at today’s NBA All Star Basketball Tournament. Our day began with Evangelists Preaching and debating Hebrew Black Israelites, an Ethnic Cult that preaches hate and discrimination. This cult had earlier moved into our preaching position and we welcomed the opportunity of engaging them the truth of the Gospel.
Later we moved closer to the Chase Center and spent the afternoon preaching and witnessing to huge masses, where literally hundreds of Basketball fans who were thronging to get into the arena. It turned out to be an exhilarating time proclaiming and magnifying Jesus Christ our Lord and our Savior.
The day ended with our team taking a train ride back to Daly City.

What an experience being on the streets of San Francisco at this year’s NBA All Star Game. The privilege of Proclaiming and Magnifying Jesus Christ as Lord and soon coming King. The opportunity of preaching and witnessing also to an Ethnic Cult - known as the Black Hebrew Israelites.
Showing and proving to them in scripture, that none of us are justified by God’s Holy Law and that we are redeemed apart from the Law through by faith in Jesus Christ. “For no one will be justified in his sight by the works of the law, because the knowledge of sin comes through the law. ”- Romans 3:20 CSB.
All while this was taking place today, we as an evangelist team kept on preaching His Glorious Gospel and we were rewarded with incredible encounters and conversations with fans and passerby’s. Some even asked us to pray for them. “Everyone who hates his brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.” - 1 John 3:15 CSB
